How to store books in a contemporary house? Yes, this is still the case nowadays although lots of people forgot about pen and paper. Realised by Alexandrin Buraga, the house below features some brilliant ideas of storing books without inconveniences. “I tell my clients that you don’t look at the building, you look at the people looking at the building. In that manner, as an architect, I celebrate the change of the world. Spaces should give us surprise and wonder, the real happiness to use it. My concept is to think spaces that would emerge into beautiful stories of successful people.”, Alexandrin says. In the living room, two installations of shelves hold an impressive collection of volumes, functioning like walls that divide space. The designer opted for spots instead of chandeliers to obtain various focal points.
