Designed by Jacobsen Arquitetura, this urban modern dwelling was developed with a brief to be comfortable and constructed with modern engineering with natural materials. The resulting design sees a single volume that runs parallel with one of its sides open completely to the lush garden landscape occupying the front. The house has 1370 m².

This urban modern dwelling  is located in the jardins neighborhood of São Paulo

The living room opens completely, to form what seems like a sheltered patio and establishing a seamless connection to the outdoor space. This subtle transition between inside and outside, between architecture and garden is continued throughout, with the central circulating space featuring an indoor garden. The spacious living room acts as the heart of the house. Bedrooms are located on the first floor, placed on either ends of the scheme and connected by a walkway that bisects the double-height living room. Greenery is seen on both sides of the house, with the bridge connecting the bedrooms on each side.
