Scandinavian design relies on clear, simple lines. The apartment we spotted on www.tradition.net respects these principles accordingly, trying to include as much white as possible in its color palette. Why? The reason is very simple: it adds space, making the inhabitants feel free and comfortable, and it may be a perfect background for further combinations. For example, the living room has a brown sofa as a focal point, while the rest of the interior shows a pure layout. Moreover, it makes the room feel lighted and airy.  Nonetheless, the designer played with various wall patterns in the hallway in order to add dynamism. One thing we love at this apartment is the beautiful greenery right outside the windows, a covered balcony lighted by the sun from morning to midday. It can be accessed via the living room, offering space for a lovely reading or an enthusiastic discussion with your friends.
