What I liked most at this house known as Padaro Residence is its conciliation with tradition. The architects from B3 Architects Studio chose to build something clean and contemporary according to a concept that speaks to the traditions as well. The residence is located in Carpinteria, a small ocean side city from California and it has  large expanses of glass with beautiful beach view. As you can easily notice, the owners can capture beautiful views from different corners of the house. Another important thing proved to be very functional: the separate wings provide the inhabitants the independence to come and go as they please and enjoy a variety of activities, both inside and out, without disturbing each other.
