One of the most awaited construction projects in Berlin this year is now finished : the L-40, situated at end of Linienstraße, on the corner of Rosa Luxemburg Platz and Torstraße. It is a result of the collaborative design by the artist Cosima von Bonin and Roger Bundschuh.
Its monolithic, sculptural form is expressed in exposed black concrete. The building has been said to be ‘a hybrid between art and architecture’ or ‘art project on the site’.
