Spotted on www.skeppsholmen.se, the house is located in Ljungskogen, a place that offers dazzling greenery, privacy, and proximity to one of the finest sandy beaches in Sweden. With the assistance of Moorehead Architects, the present owner built this house to reflect his own ideas, and the influence of the many years he lived abroad. The result is this exclusive single level U-shaped house. The best materials, an exciting and somewhat different layout combine to produce a most charming house. The property measures 2,318 m2, and has complete privacy, a wrap-around sundeck with south-west exposure, and awnings for shade. The building has a mechanical ventilation system, an alarm system, camera surveillance, a central timer, outside lighting and dusk to dawn security lighting. Cost-efficient geothermal heating, and four air source heating pumps for both heating and cooling.
