This is Oscar Niemeyer’s refurbishment, a masterpiece brought to life by the talented creators Felipe Hess and Renata Pedrosa. The apartment was completely demolished remaining only columns and shafts which determined the new division. The project involves turning the 140sqm apartment’s into a contemporary loft with fluids and communicable open spaces. I guess, it’s a pleasure to stay in the living comfortable sofa and watch the sunset trough Oscar Niemeyer’s “brise soleil” in a comtemporary apartment almoust without walls.
