This product design has won Bronze in 2010 at Seoul Cycle Design Competition- Cycle Design.

The bicycle has a special place for your smartphone, thus the distance could be measured and the navigation is possible through GPS. You can charge your phone during  the ride , due to the battery inside the aluminum frame of the bicycle, which provides electricity  for smartphone and signal lamps.


Bicycle Design for People with Disabilities

Bicycle designer Gavin Smith has come up with a new bicycle design that will help people with disabilities to ride the bicycle independently. link

Olympic cyclist Chris Boardman was today unveiling a design that he believes will be an everyday product within 20 years. The 40-year-old said the technology was already available, it just needed the will to put it all together.

Lobo Chopper Bike

Lobo is a bike that plays with its own structure to form a space, a refuge, a bag pack a gasoline tank.
It´s this characteristic, that difference from the rest; in this case the shape of the frame provides the perfect design complement for this accessory.

Marcus Levison-Hays’ Electrobike Pi (2007) combines the lightweight portability of a bicycle with speed and self-propulsion more akin to a motorcycle. A breakthrough in environmentally sound transportation, Pi may be the ideal for commuting transport. Considered a “human-electric hybrid,” Pi charges from any standard household outlet in 2.5–3 hours and can run on a single charge for 25–30 miles. link

Electric bike concept HMK 561

The HMK 561 is a cool electric bike, designed by Ralf Kitmann.
This is an ultra-light bike concept with 0 emission and cool design that was created from conductive carbon fiber that can store energy that can transmit power to drive the lights and the motor into the rims.
