Located in the beach town of Jesolo Lido, Italy, the Pool Villa realized by JM Architecture represents a statement of purity and simplicity. Its whiteness create luminosity and, if we go further with hidden symbols, it may also transmit honesty and cleanliness. The theme is shared by both interior and exterior ares that are smoothly delimited in order not to create dissension between them. Despite its poetic look, the villa was built with a very efficient system. Using a custom designed prefabricated wood structure, the house was built and furnished in only 6 months. Energy-saving high standards have been applied to the shell to guarantee maximum comfort and almost zero costs throughout the four seasons. Moreover, the building has a flexible and anti-seismic wood structures which also avoids thermal bridges. Taking into consideration the small dimensions of the plot, the architect wanted to leave as much open space as possible. The pursuit of simplicity and linear solutions represented a large part of the design work.
