This Mid-modern home has been renovated by Coop15 Architecture based in Seattle, Washington. The house was formerly 1,870 square foot but the owners Gavin & Jenny Kelly wanted it to be expanded for family activities with their two kids so the architect Paul Kirk extended and re-planned the design of the house to 2,400 square feet. While keeping the original feel of the place, he redesigned this beautiful house in northwest contemporary style.
