Spotted on the-village.ru, the apartment on the 14th floor a block from St. Petersburg proves that everything is possible. I mean … everything: cement walls left uncovered, a surfboard hanged above the sofa in the living room and original lamps made of sanitary fittings. Who would compete with this manner of approaching design? Only some crazy artists that dare to transform usual objects in stylish items. When they bought apartment, Sophia (architect by profession) and Tom found the interior walls without finishing. That perfectly met their ideas of decorating because a very interesting industrial look was obtained after letting them uncovered. A team of builders have been working for 9 months to demolish the wall that separated the living room and the bedroom. Now, the areas communicate fluently and the kitchen seems a box inserted in the living room. In a nutshell, the apartment is full of brilliant ideas you can take at home to improve functionality and originality.

Small artistic objects like paintings or photos on the wall make me feel that bathroom can have a special touch, too.

The owners wanted a rough, frank look in the bedroom, so they opted for walls without finishing.
