The home has an amazing courtyard that links everything together, allowing the breath-taking views of the Minden to be seen from many different aspects. Native timber was used to maximum effect throughout to add to the personality of the home. As Creative Space specifies in the presentation, the client wanted a built-in aquarium in the lounge/dining room and an indoor lap pool, features link together naturally in the home, enhancing the flow of the home as much as possible. The simplicity of the exterior belies a cosmopolitan home that is centred around the courtyard. Inside the home itself is a beautifully orchestrated series of spaces alive with theatrical quality.
