Mexican studio ZE Arquitectura has designed the EV House project. Completed in 2010, this three-story contemporary residence is located in San Luis Potosi city, Mexico. Its spacious and luminous interior with fine and modern finishes contribute to the joy of coming home. The EV House is built both for singles and for families. The concept of the project revolves round a central backyard as the focal point of all interior spaces. The concept of the project started finding the back of the center as a focal point of all interior spaces. On the first floor, we have all public spaces such as vestibule, double height living and dining room, library, kitchen, family room and a wood workshop. Besides its grandiose design, the central backyards along with the pool complete the aspect of a perfectly intimate home.
