The mezzanine was used as an environment for a guest bedroom. In front of the low-window stood a divan that can be used as a bed or simply as chair, with cushions that are used to provide color and create a relaxed atmosphere. In the niche below the cabinets, a desk was placed which adds a new function without invading the space. The kitchen is an open space which communicates with the lobby, without it would had been a dead space. To modify access to the kitchen, the designers chose a slot for a bar with stools, which also gives a deeper perspective to the entrance.
