To replace a bench with a chair  is a very good idea because it gives a very familiar and cozy air. Architects and urban and landscapes specialists too need to create and personalize every corner of the town[ building] for being more attractive.  If this target is done , people will return to enjoy them again. Thus urban park becomes a private garden when you can relax and meditate.
