This modern concrete house is located in the heart of Sardinia Emerald coast, Italy. This amazing modern house was designed by Luca Marastoni and BONVECCHIO. All the five bed rooms, completed by their own bathroom, have taylored beds, desk and cabinets. The interiors are characterized by a strong contrast between concrete surfaces and the warm tones of wood. The kitchen is characterized by a long marble top with a dedicated breakfast area and walls covered by oak’s slatted and the best of Gaggenau appliances. The furniture and the floor are completely customized, all realized in oak, treated in different shades, and solid too. The living room has a majestic tailored sofa with a lovely view on the bay, the dining room host a table in solid oak made by an unique cut and planed all handmade and E15’s additions. The outdoor shell pool is located just next to the Jacuzzi bath and surrounded by a decking teak wood floor that marks the path to the private beach, just below.
