Cohen Residence is a family house located in Philadelphia, PA designed by Metcalfe Architecture & Design. According to the architects: ” MA&D oversaw the renovation of this 1925 stone colonial in Mt. Airy, Pennsylvania along with interior designer, Val Nehez. The home features custom built shelves, cabinets, bureaus and expanded closets in each room. The open floor plan puts focus on the back terrace and glass encased entryway. We inserted a new mudroom in the back of the home for the family’s use.”
