Architect Fernanda Marques has designed the Limantos Residence located in São Paulo, Brazil. Fernanda Marques gives the home a warm and welcoming feeling while still retaining an air of grandeur. A double-height ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area creates a spacious feeling that merges the indoor and outdoor areas while flooding the space with light.
Fully retractable sliding doors open this space out to the pool and outdoor entertaining area. The use of clean white, warm timber and beige and brown tones create a vintage vibe, while yellow feature walls add an inviting and cheerful element. One of the key features of the house is a spiral staircase made from timber contrasted with a solid white railing, creating a standout piece inside the stylish residence.
