MZ House was constructed by CHK arquitectura and is located in Valle de Bravo Lake in Mexico.

The home, which is perched on a mountain and surrounded by thick forests, is decorated in a subtle rustic style, with more evident hints of stylish elegance. Built with concrete and stone walls, brick dividers, glass panelling and steel and wooden beams, the house is a complex interplay of weight and levity. The outdoor space looks like a green paradise, with a swimming pool and wood deck with lounge chairs to relax, but the interior keeps the same note by offering incredible views over the forest and the near lake through large floor-to-ceiling windows.  As for the interior, the part I like is that at night, the diffuse lightings and the fireplace burning create an intimate atmosphere in the living room and continuing with the dining room. Pretty impressive!
