This house is an exceptional example of a modern house designed by the noted London-based architects Archplan. The house is located off Gardeners Hill Road, a country road approximately two miles from the centre of Farnham. The design incorporates a remarkable indoor pool that opens up to the garden, features floor-to-ceiling glass throughout that gives remarkable views of the lawns and woodland beyond. From Archplan , much consideration has been given to detailing such as the polished concrete floors and polished plaster walls. Accommodation on the ground floor includes four bedrooms (all with en suite bath / shower rooms), a living room with open hearth and wonderful views across the gardens and a large kitchen / dining room that opens out onto a decked terrace. A remarkable integral swimming pool, with a small changing room, can also be found on the ground floor. Large doors open up to the gardens at either end of the pool, allowing what is an indoor pool to become open to the outside. The lower ground floor consists of large room that could be used as a bedroom, a second reception room or office area. There is also a large store room on this floor. The garden lies principally behind the house and are mainly laid to lawn. The lawns are bordered by natural woodland which provide a great deal of privacy.
