Point Loma House by Macy Architecture, San Diego, California

Macy Architecture made a house having in mind natural ventilation design principles. The interior is naturally ventilated through the central atrium and clerestory windows.

The form of the house is quite simple and it minimizes the exterior surface area, increasing the thermal performance, reducing the electrical and plumbing runs. The living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom are located on the upper level oriented to capture views of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay.  Point Loma House by Macy Architecture, San Diego, California DesignRulz.com
