In order to fit into the existing standards, the building mediates between four-storey and two-storey structure. This not only leads to a friendly neighborhood, but also offers the advantage of better natural lighting and ventilation. Moreover, the corners are open to make room for balconies, offering additional facilities. The elegant design that characterizes the structure is also found inside the buildings, the houses appear both comfortable and classy.
